ICE says it bought Paragon’s spyware to use in drug trafficking cases

The performing director of U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement instructed lawmakers that the usage of Paragon spy ware is important to counter terrorists’ “thriving exploitation of encrypted communications platforms.”
