Researchers say Russian government hackers were behind attempted Poland power outage

Safety researchers have attributed the tried use of harmful “wiper” malware throughout Poland’s power infrastructure in late December to a Russian-backed hacking group identified for inflicting energy outages in neighboring Ukraine.
